Walter P. Carter Mosaic Mural (2011)
Over the summer, Art with a Heart collaborated with fourth and fifth grade students at Walter P. Carter Elementary/Middle School to create a 12x5 foot mosaic mural to beautify their school. We have begun programming at Walter P. Carter this Fall as their sole art program.
