The mural before you has been touched by hundreds of hands and lives throughout the Baltimore community, including the staff and families of the Esperanza Center, the young scholars of Adelante Latina, the students of the Johns Hopkins University Hop-In Program, the high school students of Art with a Heart’s Art of Leadership program,

This mural and mosaic was created by Art with a Heart in partnership with the William S. Baer School, a Baltimore City Public School that serves medically fragile students with multiple disabilities, and challenges them to reach educational and therapeutic success.
