The designs were created by our Bloomberg Arts Intern, Jewel Oliver, and applied with heat transfer vinyl. Each bag also comes with an assortment of candies (includes a dark chocolate heart, a milk chocolate heart, M&Ms, York Peppermint Patty, and a heart-shaped lollipop)!
