ABOUT THE PROJECT
This mosaic includes familiar Baltimore landmarks located in Mt. Vernon, just blocks away from the University of Maryland Medical Center Midtown Campus and the diverse community that they serve. It was created by the hands of hospital team members, medical staff, partner school students and community leaders through a series of workshops. This mosaic is an expression of the UMMC’s unwavering commitment to the health and well being of the West Baltimore Community and beyond.
