ABOUT THE PROJECT
This mural and mosaic was created by Art with a Heart in partnership with the William S. Baer School, a Baltimore City Public School that serves medically fragile students with multiple disabilities, and challenges them to reach educational and therapeutic success. This project was created as the Art of Leadership 5th Cohort’s Capstone Public Art Project, with the help of the teen leaders, volunteers, staff, and community members. Situated at the entrance of the school, this vibrant piece reflects the joy and pride of the Baer School community.
